Built by operators

We own the homes. We built the software. In Arizona.

Most eMAR software is built by product managers who've never had to make payroll for a caregiving team, or answer an AZDHS surveyor's question about a specific ADL entry. Tendera was built inside the assisted living homes we own in Arizona: Crossroads Care Homes, Abuelos at La Cañada, Keim Cares, and Panorama Assisted Living.

When our caregivers were tired of clicking through resident pages one at a time, we built the shift-centric Med Pass. When ADL charting on paper kept losing entries in the shift change, we built structured ADL tracking. When state surveyors kept asking about PRN follow-up documentation, we built the loop-closing prompts. When a caregiver mistyped initials on a controlled record, we built PIN e-signing.

Tendera is the complete operating system for a small assisted living home. Every caregiver workflow, every owner insight, in one place. Because it's what we needed for our own homes, and we shipped it once it actually ran ours.

Every feature in Tendera started as a problem in our own Arizona homes. If our caregivers didn't need it on shift, it didn't ship. What's left is the only software our staff uses to run every part of the day.

Menu calendars that cross-check allergies Pick a month, hit generate, print. Every meal is scanned against every active resident's declared food allergies. Matches get flagged inline so kitchen staff see the risk without hunting through charts.
